1. Introduction

This Agreement is written in English and is the binding version. References to "hoy646 platform," "hoy646 account," or simply "hoy646" throughout this document refer to the online gaming services provided at hoy646.net.

2. Eligibility

By registering for a hoy646 account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) hoy646 account. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure. To register, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, create a secure password, and successfully complete the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations.

3.2 KYC Verification

hoy646 is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to submit a copy of at least one government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a UMID card, Driver's License, Passport, PhilSys ID, or Postal ID. hoy646 may also request proof of address or source of funds for accounts with higher transaction volumes. Account functionality may be limited until KYC verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hoy646 account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify hoy646 of unauthorized access. hoy646 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hoy646 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Credit/Debit Card. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted. hoy646 processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Deposits are generally credited to your hoy646 wallet within 30 seconds for e-wallets and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified hoy646 accounts only. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. hoy646 targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. hoy646 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hoy646 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and PAGCOR AML regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions and may freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law. Gaming platforms are not to be used for the purpose of money laundering or financial crime. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be closed immediately and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hoy646 offers bonuses and promotional credits to new and returning players from time to time. Each bonus offer is governed by specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. 6. Wagering Rules

6.1 General

6.2 Error and Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or miscommunication of odds, hoy646 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original wager amount to affected accounts. hoy646 is not liable for system downtime, data transmission failures, or interruptions outside of its reasonable control.

6.3 Suspicious Patterns

hoy646 reserves the right to void any wager and suspend an account where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information use, arbitrage betting in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play, or any other activity that exploits the platform's systems unfairly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hoy646 platform:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the hoy646 platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any winnings resulting from known bugs must be reported and may be voided;
• Using the platform while self-excluded or while subject to a gambling prohibition order;

Breach of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement where applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of hoy646 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hoy646 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hoy646 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

hoy646's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in this clause limits hoy646's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

hoy646 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering on hoy646, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, or as necessary to provide our gaming services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines — the location of PAGCOR's principal regulatory authority over hoy646's operations.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact hoy646 customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for hoy646 to resolve your complaint. PAGCOR's Player Protection and Complaints Resolution procedures are also available to registered players.

13. Amendments

hoy646 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hoy646 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect for existing users. Your continued use of hoy646 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your balance prior to the effective date.
